Root & Rise is a quarterly (one per season) online gathering for women who are ready to come home to themselves - through the body, through presence, and through gentle yet powerful transformation. Each 90-minute session is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, share in community, and explore seasonal themes that nourish the body, heart, and soul within the sacred tradition of sisterhood.
