The Health Alchemy Archives
Real. Achievable. Sustainable.
Everything I do and say, (and I practice what I preach... 95% of the time!) is about making achievable, realistic changes, that can become an effortless part of your routine. It is about deciding, and then striking, that balance between the goals you want to achieve, why you want to achieve them ( in other words, what's in it for you!), and what you can realistically manage. There's no doubt - change doesn't happen without... making changes! But I want you to make changes that work for you.
